The best decision you can make when it comes to roofing your building in Ghana and beyond is to Choose DOMOD ROOF LIMITED. Their customer service is beyond the ordinary, the patience with which they explain things to you is worth mentioning. Kudos guys. As for their work, time, finishing and inspection, the pictures below tells it all. You would get value for your money. DOMOD yesterday, Today and forever. Keep up the good work. The many who have seen the finishing say that the roofing would survive a 1000 years. My church is grateful for the good work.

Been using domod sheets for all my construction projects and I've not had any major issues so far. One of my clients experienced some leakages after a heavy rainfall so we called them and they fixed it.

My metal trusses was installed last week and I must say even though my project is not complete, it looks good already. They did a very good work. At first I was worried about the weight but I realized it was actually lighter than the wood and they installed it in no time. I will definitely recommend them. Good job Domod.

Are you planning to roof your house in Ghana? note that apart from Land guards the worst decision you can make is to use DOMOD Roofing Limited especially those living abroad and considering short span/ eurotiles. Like most companies Domod is profit oriented and your project especially if it is a house is the least they care about but will grab every penny you have.
This is the 1st time in my life giving a negative review and I won't finish here when Domod is concerned.
1. Domod will charge to come to your site to take estimate.
2. Any deposit that you make at Domod will be subjected to a 5% administrative charges whether you sign a contract or not.
3. Once you sign a contract there is no refunds.
4. Domod after receiving your money will send unqualified roadside personnel who often complain about poor remunerations and produce poor quality work.
5. Domod estimators after charging to visit your site are often in a hurry and will take wrong measurements that eventually fabricate inappropriate trusses for your house.
6. Domod refuses to correct truss work based on wrong measurements and wrongdoings on their part. They often take weeks off your project when they realize they've made a mistake. Leaving to your mercy the cost of Scaffolds and other equipment they've asked you to rent and to make available for the project.
7. It takes top management notification to get Domod's attention to return back to site. Upon return they still refuse to adhere to corrective measures agreed upon.
8. In my experience a project meant to take 3wks has taken 4 months and I had no choice but to remove half the form work and pay for another company to take over.
9. My roof did not require a facial board neither did it require outside ceiling and truss work beyond the body of the house. I am a bit technically inclined so I noticed the discrepancies and notified them to deduct the charges (abt 4,000.00+ ghc) they did but managed to change the technical details finding a way to add another 6,000.00 ghc to reinflate the cost above the deduction and asked that I pay the total balance before initiating work.
10. This job has become unending for 4 months and has increased my running costs of supervision, machine/equipment rental and miscellaneous charges beyond 10,000 ghc. A point at which I couldn't go further but to cut my losses and get them the heck off my site.
So brethren if you are really not ready to dish out your hard earned money, beware of DOMOD ROOFING. See attached pics cos we all make mistakes except for Domod refuses to correct theirs. I will remove this whole thing and update when its corrected.response / report this review -

Don't even bother I have never seen a company who not serious like this. They promised they had an appointment with my brother to do measurements which wasn't true, when I complained about it, they just didn't bother to respond to my message. Unfortunately am not in Ghana so I can't visit their office or whatsoever. I found them online and thought their website was attractive hence I decided to contact them. Look somewhere else. Don't bother, rubbish
