  I cannot but start by stating that this place and its owner and staff are complete frauds and would urge all to see this as a Caveat Emptor.
  
  We had paid for a three bedroom "villa" only to arrive and find an uncompleted building that had no cooling or heating system, the owner claiming it was designed with a "special cooling system from the water in the ground". Hogwash!!!. There refrigerator did not work, there were no cutlery in place, eventually when we insisted on things being put in order, the owner suddenly disappears and left us to deal with the staff.
  
  We could not leave as we had paid him over $2000 in advance and he claimed we had to wait a couple of days for a refund. On the second day of our stay the staff stole first $300 from my room whilst cleaning and when questioned, they thereafter did not come back to clean our rooms, yet, we still did not see the owner who no longer took our calls.
  
  They claimed they had a generator, yet when power was lost only in our section, they could not switch on a generator and had to wait for an electrician to come in from Accra, a good forty five mindsets away. When he arrived, he confessed having told his boss the place was yet inhabitable.
  
  As we sat in the heat one day, a gentleman (not Ben whom we knew as the "owner") without announcement, sauntered into the building with seven other persons. When asked who he was, he claimed to be the owner of the place, and even as we pointed out the place was duly rented he laughed and began opening doors whilst persons got dressed. Even with this, we did not see or hear from Ben. His staff however told us casually the matter had been reported to the police, who never came to investigate the matter.
  
  Whilst we were complaining we discovered he had also rented out the next house to three young couples, only for them to arrive and find the place completely unfurnished, no chairs, no electricals, nothing but beds.
  
  I have had dealings with Ghana and Ghanaians for years and I must say, the owner Ben, is the worst kind of Ghanaian imaginable. I urge all not to have any financial dealings with this gentleman.
