This is an excellent modern hotel in the middle of seemingly nowhere. Nice restaurant with mostly Ghanaian food. Beautiful pool area. Reasonable prices. About a half hour to/from Central Accra (liberation road exit) with no traffic, but be prepared for a long ride during rush hour.

Nice hideaway from Accra, just about an hour's drive from Kwame Nkrumah Circle. The rooms in the new block are really cool if only you can afford the standard $110 per night.
