OA bus which was ones the best now have bad service I remember taking one from the north to Accra .the bus had problems which could have caused an accident but the driver never listened to it's customers until we I arrived .I wish the owner or head would supervisor and talk to the workers here .

I will rate OA Bus Terminal 60% , well they doing good but they can do better than what they doing now.OA needs to do proper maintenance on their vehicles to improve their services.OA again must be able to provide comfortable and adequate seats for their customers whiles waiting for their buses to start their journey instead of standing for 2 hours waiting for our bus to be opened before we enter which I experienced just yesterday at your Terminal.Busy now will continue later

Very good and excellent travel services in the country. They are the Brand that takes passengers to far and hinterlands where other buses do not go. The terminal is full of people that sell books and I always love buying books to read to ease the boredom. All buses have television that shows movies both local and international.

I would have given a One star because the bus terminal is usually choked with lots of people and vehicles. The washrooms are pretty u kept. The ticketing staff are pretty rude with little appreciation for customer service. It's virtually the same when you call to make a booking. There are also plenty of scammers around.

I however gave 2 stars with the belief that they focus more on passengers' than boarding comfort. They earn an additional star from me for good vehicles timely schedules.

The fare is OK but the buses given are not good. The seat belt are not inside, the air conditions are not working, the seat adjusters are also not working. Management need to work on this issues before we run from them.

There are no spaces available for cars to park. It can get pretty crowded at times making movement around pretty difficult. You will have to pay to use their washrooms too
