  The contact online never works. And when it went through, one impolite lady who was connected to my call wasn't ready to listen to me. This is the way she ended the call : "Madam, I'm done talking to you !". Please check your customer relationship Italian Embassy because you are the worst ever.

  Why is that u will be giving a specific date for collection but u will go to vfs and your documents re not there????? Its worrisome pls i need answers

  whenever you call their office phone numbers it is off (a couple of phone numbers placed on their website) and whenever they are processing your document it takes long. they do not respond to email messages meanwhile you have placed your email address online.
  everything they do sucks.
  Their relationship with clients must change.
