This hotel is located in Ejisu, a suburb of Kumasi. It is somehow an economy hotel. Next recharging dates for all the Fire extinguishers here have not elapsed. However, there are a number of improvements that needs attention.
The reception needs a professional touch. Customer service at this hotel is below standard (2 of 5 ratings). The staff here could benefit from training.
The rooms need upgrade to match up with the prices being charged here. Put mechanisms in place to reduce mosquitoes population, fix faulty AC in some of the roomsespecially the conference room. Most of the guest rooms require professional cleaning to eliminate stench. Fix intercoms in the rooms to facilitate communication between guest and staff at the reception. Mount Smart TV in all the rooms so that guest can watch varieties of digital channels. Fix shower systems in the bathrooms.
Electricity is not stable hereit fluctuates. Use electrical gadgets with caution.
Mobility here, especially to the conference hall, is not friendly to people with physical challenges. They would have to be assisted before getting access to the upper section of the hotel.response / report this review -

Nice budget hotel. Not all rooms have AC though Restaurant is average standard. Customer service here is a 4 out of 10 since personnel here are just "ordinary" with no special customer service etiquette. The facility is huge and can be upsacled with better room service and enhanced personnel training in handling customers to give that lasting impression.
