The GNAT Hostel at Abankro in Ejisu,Kumasi is a place located at the outskirt of town with a serene environment devoid of all the noise in town.There is an auditorium for Conferences and an Executive Conference Room underground for smaller group.There is a football pitch for fitness purposes.The place is good for Retreat for Companies.The only problem is that,the road is still under construction and quite dusty and we will like to appeal to the MCE and the Ministry of Roads and Highways to expedite action on the road to give some relief to the Communities on the way to Abankro.You will love the GNAT Hostel and I recommend it to the traffic public.

The GNAT Hostel facility provides a suitable environment for small group camping, retreats, seminars & workshops. They have considerable space for hosting mini conferences & events like parties. The hostel facility are mainly flats with spacious living room, kitchen, 2-3 bedrooms & 2 washrooms (visitor's washroom inclusive). The positioning of the rooms are such that natural ventilation & illumination is not obstructed. The car park is big enough to accomodate about a 100 cars. Water supply is consistent & main electricity is from the national grid backed up with a power plant.

The Ashanti Regional GNAT Hostel houses the regional administrative offices of the Ghana National Association of Teachers, and the hostel facility. It also has a big hall, popularly called GNAT HALL for organisation of programmes by the teacher union and the general public.
The hostel offer accommodation to the general public and also to the members of GNAT at subsidised rates. The facility also has a restaurant that serves great meals for the general public.
Due to it's strategic location, the Ashanti Regional GNAT Hostel is very popular with travellers and organisers of programmes.response / report this review -

Absolutely serene surroundings, nice accommodation and halls convenient for conferences. Beautiful edifices with great scenery. Access road needs improvement.
