Very bad customer service. And their phones are mostly faulty right from their store. It's just a mess there. They are just unprofessional and if there was a negative star section I'd give them a negative 5. They are just a rip off. Still following up on a Samsung j7 I bought from them which had a fault and they are just unconcerned. Two weeks now

There customer service is very poor.. especially when you call on phone..
I called today asking of prices and the lady was so rude. I had made comparison of 4 phones I am interested in. After getING the price for the 2nd phone on my list. She tells "I wont give you any other price after this one" really?.. I have bought over 10 phone's from them.. people just talk to you as if they are doing you a favor. Ghana is getting to a point where good customer service will sell more than price tags.. really pissed this morning. She didn't even mention her name..
