Alpha Beta Flora provides excellent customer service and support. I am very pleased with the knowledgeable and courteous assistance I received when making a purchase from overseas. Marianne contacted me right away to confirm the order details and afterwards it was processed quickly and delivered promptly. Overall, my shopping experience was quite pleasant and I highly recommend this florist.

Excellence in service delivery at its best! Amazing communication!
Being abroad and looking for a great full service Floral Shop in Ghana that will not only do a great job but make you look good as well can be daunting to say the least.
However, AlphaBeta has proven that they know what they're doing and do it best. I wanted a custom order not on their website and they handled the request, payment and execution process like a piece of cake! I'll use them again any day!

I have made Accra delivery bouquet order being in Europe. The payment has been made by iPay Ghana without any problem. The shop has reached me on whatsapp on next working day, asking for additional information and also proposed a greeting card for the bouquet. The communication was very clear and given instructions have been fulfilled perfectly. My friend was surprised and very happy asking how I have sorted this out.

The staff at Alpha Beta Flora are very patient, professional and flexible. Being in Canada, I wanted to order a delivery of a flower bouquet for my sweetheart in Accra. I was surprised when they provided me flexible options to place the order via their website or text communication on whatsapp. And to my amazement, the flowers were promptly and immaculately delivered on her birthday - which also happened to be a National Holiday! VERY RUDE IN RECEIVING AN ORDER, I ASKED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CLARIFY TIME OF DELIVERY AND THE REP HUNG UP ON ME. VERY DISAPPOINTING, I CALLED BACK, THEY CUT AND EVENTUALLY WHEN THEY DID THEY SAID "YOUR NUMBER IS ON THE PHONE WE WILL CALL YOU BACK WE ARE BUSY" THIS WAS AT PAST TEN ITS 12:15PM NOT A WORD!!! UNPROFESSIONAL

I live in the United States and I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend in Accra, Ghana. I chose to work with Alpha Beta Flora and they made it go very smoothly. The flowers arrived before Christmas and my girlfriend was very pleased. I will definitely utilize Alpha Beta Flora in the future as they made the process very easy and they delivered a very nice flower arrangement for my girlfriend. As long as you give them an accurate email address, they were very good at communicating during the process.

Great customer service! The team is very kind and professional. They were able to assist me in purchasing flowers for next-day delivery, in spite of some payment difficulties due to me residing in the US. The Delicia flowers turned out beautifully and my S/O was very pleased. Would definitely recommend and I plan to use them again myself.

***Side Note*** If you are not located in Ghana and / or do not use one of its regional banks, I suggest you reach out to them via phone or email to coordinate a Moneygram payment (it takes 2 minutes to register with Moneygram). Alpha Beta Flora offers ExpressPay and SlydePay on their website, but ExpressPay won't allow you to make payments using a non-Ghanian (or regional?) bank. SlydePay has a daily 300 GHS spending limit for which you will have to request an increase (if your purchase price exceeds that). The Alpha Beta Flora staff were willing to use Moneygram as a payment method so I could complete my purchase.
