This is a fantastic hotel with excellent customer service. Rooms are spacious and the compound properly decorated. I enjoyed the restaurant. The staff there have good customer service skills.

Serenity is guaranteed. Place has a tennis court and swimming pool for your exercises and relaxation. They are building new rooms to increase capacity.

Slept for three nights TV did not work. Insects in rooms. No value for money, very poor customer service. Don't believe the hype.

This hotel needs a lot of touch up. The room I stayed in was very dark. The internet was not working. Food however was good.

A homely hotel with a very friendly and accommodating manager. Most of the staff are professional and loyal, simply because they have been there for over 10 years and still give off their best. however some can use more friendly traits
Their food is always great and enough for everyone to eat and be satisfied breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I wish they would incorporate more local variety into their snacks.

Prepare to be eaten to death by bedbugs. Unhelpful staff and no remote for the A.C. Telephone in room did not work so had to gp down to reception or kitchen everytime i needed something. FOOD is bland as hell chips over greasy and fried in oil that is not fresh. Fish was fried and so burnt it was inedible. Found glass behind the bed where room not cleaned properly. Excess dust under the bed and in wardrobe so my clothes could not fit in. Whole 3night stay pool not in use. Not told about hotel facilities such as Jacuzzi and only one towel left in a double room which meant yet another trip to main reception. Place is a joke.

Forest hotel is one kind of hotel to be or go because very interesting staffs like jacuzzi, swimming pools, and tennis courts are available and very affordable to everyone. Moreover, the historical and adverbial scene is there. I wish everyone will pay a visit to this historical and adverbial hotel 🌷🌱🌱🌲🌳🌿🍀

Worst customer service ave ever experienced. First day, No towel in rooms, called reception and they couldn't care less.
Next morning reception wouldn't even answer their phones. Crappy breakfast. no breakfast menu, they just dumped what they had.
As at 13:00pm, my room hadnt been cleaned. When i called reception, i was told the one assigned to cleaned hasnt "come yet", whatever that means.

They've got a great facility, just awful client service, like they couldnt care less if u enjoy your stay.
Am still waiting for towel and housekeeping at 13:15pm

Serene, clean amazing atmosphere to relax and destress, service is a little above average. Spacious rooms will recommend for honeymooners.
