Wanted to order chicken wraps by phone and drive through after 5 months. But the lady said it would take 30 min to make it. So I had to cancel this order and look for another fast food joint. ((

I really love Eddy's pizza because of their delicious pizza. I love it. Some where last year, the customer over service there was very poor but I met with a friend there just last week and I saw some improvements.

Great place to meet up with old friends. Great atmosphere, good pizza (not a lot of crust, sadly) and refreshing drinks (try something new from the menu). I enjoyed my visit. Give it a try.

Really really below standard customer service (they don’t mind your frustration). Wait (sweaty wait, place gets really warm) for a pizza could take up to an hour and thirty minutes!

Good pizza only if you can withstand the extremely below par services they offer. You walk in and they seem to not care that you walked in. The last time my pizza took over two hours and I had to just walk out without it. Really poor services and angry waiters

I've been here twice and have had a horrible experience each time. The first time I was at Eddy's there was a huge green fly flying around that I was forced to focus on the whole time I was eating my pizza. The waiter was so rude and stood behind me the whole time I was taking my order. My neck started to hurt from constantly looking back to talk to her. The second time I was at Eddy's the pizza took so long but was cold when it finally arrived. When I went to the bathroom it was smelly and dirty with toilet paper lying on the floor and there was no soap for me to wash my hands. I asked for soap and they put washing detergent in a cup for me to wash my hands. The worst part was the lady that put the soap in the bathroom didn't bother to clean the place up and make it more presentable before I went back to the bathroom. It seems like the service and the food quality keep getting worse. This branch of Eddy's pizza clearly needs to be improved drastically.
