Extremely slow service and poor customer support. No matter what time you go there you have to stand in a long queue which is annoying. I understand it’s a busy bank but one would think if there’s a long line some of the workers would assist clients by nope, they just stay in their offices/cubes having unnecessary conversations. Hopefully something can be done about this issue , I’m not the first to report this.

Service time is too long. Been in here a number of time and it always takes me about an hour to either withdraw or deposit. They have 4 teller desks but normally only two tellers are work and they are slow.

Under staff leading to Poor and inadequate customer service. I spent practically my entire day trying to get money from my own Ecobank account bases in a different city. They asked me to find the contact information for the branch I originally opened my account and call the branch myself to verify ifor the branch has received my paperwork for the transaction and if the bank can speed up the process. Never expected. .
