  I came last weekend with my sister to withdraw some money our cousin sent to us, and this teller called Salomey was very rude, how can you be inside your counter and talking to your bf or whoever that is and be making mistakes and talking to us rudely. She’s nothing than a piece of trash who doesn’t respect at all, and thinks she’s got it all. You gotta sack here she’s rude. And I’m closing my account this weekend!!!!!!!!

  Well designed banking hall but not satisfied with the banking service provided. The enquiries section is not welcoming because the staff hardly smile towards customer, they look elsewhere when giving something out to you. Slow in attending to customers. They show less concern about the long periods people stay in the bank. The Bank tellers are more friendly and professional that the enquiries people. Spent several hours there with just some few people in the banking hall. I simply don't understand it.

  Friendly staff and security guard. Except for few ''delayed'' instances in the past, they have been the best UBA around town.
