Exceptional customer service. The last time I went in to transact, I spent just a little over 5 minutes. You’d not find long queues which is typical of most banks in Accra here. I was very impressed! Keep it up!

Great banking services. As part of new COVID-19 guidelines, Saturdays are no more banking days. I was disappointed because I only found this out after getting there on a Saturday morning 😔

Good services just that sometimes the pressure there is too much so you end up spending more time there just for something small you went there for like bank statement and also to make enquiries. Another disturbing issue there is the parking space for vehicles. If you have about twenty clients and each of them come with their car to part trust me it will be chaotic situation there. Some of the clients end up parking their vehicles on the street to have access to the banking hall. The good thing is that the location of the bank is food and serves people living around Madina Rawlings circle, Botwe and it environs.

Ok, so I love Ecobank but this particular branch is just slow. There are places for customer service and general enquiry staff but only one was seated. The one on one side had about 5 people waiting for him/her whiles the other two on the other side had the same number being served by just one who was seated (rather slow too tho).
I stayed seated for about 30 minutes (before giving up n leaving) and the queue was still the same and the bank queue (those heading to the tellers) also was quite long.
Well maybe this branch has its location at a place where people frequent it a lot but I do think that should get the staff on their toes so as to serve every customer within an acceptable time.response / report this review -

In exception of the long queue that can occur close to the end of the month, you can easily transact your business here rapidly. Talk to the enquiry desktop if you encounter any difficulty and your issue will be resolved.
