I visited on a Tuesday late morning. Staff and security men were very friendly. Customer service was willing to answer all my questions . Place big , spacious and beautiful. A lot of seats available for you to sit as you wait for your turn. Place was not crowded. A variety of services can be found there. Unfortunately , there was no ezwich

So had been to most banks from Accra Mall towards the Stanbic Heights and i was surprised by their reception, I mean almost every other bank had an excuse for Ezwich being unavailable, but it was possible at Stanbic Bank.

From the level of professionalism of the security man who nicely attended to me and to the lady at the “enquiry” desk (her name was Maame) , she took her time n didn’t get pissed when I asked too many questions n made mistakes on the form. She is the actual EPITOME of customer relations! I mean she has really given the bank a good name in my book.

Thank you “Maame” , kudos “Stanbic Bank”!

Awesome place, with good setting and great office spaces. The food areas too are essential to the businesses in the building. Only that if you're a visitor and you have to pay for parking it's quite a pain. But it's a great place all the same.
