My great respect to all Sheraton Batumi team, honestly it’s you mean all team who makes my stay each time fabulous and so relaxing that I even don’t consider other place while being in Batumi, wanna say that during this pandemic period I felt most safe and peaceful at yours’ because all the regulations were strictly followed on each step in the hotel. Special thanks to Front Desk Teona Miqadze her welcoming and special attitude really made each day comfortable and joyful. Also thank you to Maia and Teodere. HSK team Dali and Nargiz.

Great place, Friendly and helpful staff. If you want a place that can offer you absolutely amazing service, you should visit this hotel.
Perfect and clean rooms with incredible views, which has the biggest and gorgeous poolside in Batumi.

Highly Recommended !!!

The hotel is excellent, staff is very helpful, all facilities are in great condition, and our 19 floor junior suite was one of the best rooms we ever had. Breakfast is delicious with great selection, everything is fresh and tasty.
We highly recommend this hotel!

Pretty room with nice view. Air condition was broken or something. It was very hot and the hotel didn't solve the matter after we complained.

The location is good and the rooms are fine. The breakfast buffet offers lots of good food. Too bad the hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Additionally the AC is centrally controlled. If you stay here before the AC is turned on at it is a warm day. The rooms will be uncomfortably warm. There is a casino on the first floor. It emits "clouds of cigarette smoke" when the door opens. The top floor bar offers a 360 view of Batumi. It is a nice place to grab a drink and relax at the end of the day. Just don't go here looking for a good Scotch/Whiskey/Bourbon. You will be disappointed.

the place is very clean and comfortable. Its near the seaside . I also liked their breakfast and bar. they have very tasty drinks. but the guard did not tell me that the parking was valuable and city park has fined me

This place is horrible
they called its a 5 star hotel the room is small, the air conditioning is not working in the middle of the summer.
the casino is a fraud they want you to pay entrance fee 200 usd that you and you can only claim the money if you win more than 50 USD.

Wonderful hotel! Rooms are tidy and clean, staff is very polite, are room service is tasty. High floor rooms have great view of the sea and the city. WiFi all over the hotel including the lobby (access is gained with room number and code given by the front desk). There is also a branch of one of the local banks that is accessible from the hotels lobby - great for money exchange.
