Great facilities horrible services. It's a new hotel so staff are not yet aware of how to handle guests mainly in the restaurant no one cares whether your there or not until the manager walks by. Food is great, but services are very very bad.
Beds are comfortable, I booked the executive suit with half board for 200 $ a night. Booking Says with jacuzzi from their website but actually it's a tab, rooms are massive, really beautiful.
Air conditioner is set from one room so if you are cold or hot they decide for you what temperature to feel. They say it's a 2 season system in this city so it's either cold or warm throughout the rooms decided by the hotel we were sweating in the day but couldn't adjust the AC cse it's centralized. This was so annoying.
Also there are guys by the door but they won't help you with your luggage at all, you struggle with it from the taxi as they watch they don't even grin SMH 🤦♂️response / report this review -

The hotel is nicely located and has alot of attractions nearby, the interior is nicely decorated and the rooms are spacious and cozy. The food is really nice and i enjoyed the stay alot. Over all i recommend it.

hotel room is big but safe was not working asked to fix it every day and they say yes but don't do nothing.no English channels on the tv. hotel bar is nice and you can smoke freely.
food is fresh but not impressive. pizza was the best. aslo there is a mall connected to the hotel. making it very comfortable to shopresponse / report this review -

Not more than 3 stars. Nice basic room. 5Km away from city center - too far out (public bus 0.5Lari and taxis for 10Lari are available). Beach is about 500m away. Pool is small and pool area is the most uninviting have ever seenbreakfast was ok. Elevators baaaad.
Would I go again? No. Would rather invest just a bit more and take a city center hotel.response / report this review -

A new hotel, relatively. Has a swimming pool, spa Big rooms, but have a lot of problems: water goes outside of bathtub, impossible to use lifts-very very slow It is like 3 stars pretending to 4, but can't supply it. For yours choice. Pay more, obtain better. Next time we'll go Europe for sure

Upscale hotel on the outskirts of Batumi. Whilst the building / interiors are mint (hotel has recently opened), prices could have been more reasonable, given the location.

Bad things :-
1.There is no any kind of Sound insulator so you are hearing the music starting from 2 pm till 3 am " I couldn't barley sleep " also you can hear the cars in the street and your neighbors voices and sounds!
2. The elevator is tooooooooooo slow you can wait from 10 to 30 min
3. the room taste and colors are so wired
4. I couldn't stay at the pool from the music beats are toooooooo loud!
Good Things:-
1. Room is so big!
2. The view is amazing I was in the 8th floor you can see the sea
3. Breakfast varieties is many
4. Near from everything
5. Spa " Sauna + Steam " is perfect

فندق جميل وفخم ومريح جدا جدا. الإفطار لديهم لذيذ ومتنوع وأسعار الفندق ممتازة جدا. الغرف واسعة ومريحة جدا وكل شيء متوفر فيها والإطلالة على البحر والشاطيء رائعة جدا جدا.

מלון חדש, חדרים מרווחים מאד, אוכל טוב ובשפע, חדר כודר מצוין, שרות אדיב מאד. כדאי להיות עם רכב כי המלון קצת רחוק מהעיר ויש קצת בעיות של מלון בהרצה כמו מעליות מושבתות לפרקים.
