This is a nice hotel in Telavi. It js still in the process of finishing. So, rooms and everything is new. The rooms are small. At least those in the roof on the fourth floor. The mattresses are hard. I guess they feel that hard is good for you :). Breakfast is nice. Not a whole lot of variety, but all basic stuff is there: oatmeal, fried eggs, cottage cheese, veggies and fruit.

My fiance and I decided to go to Savaneti after our wedding (before going to our honeymoon). I reserved the place on 3rd of August and was given all the information and was assured that the room was booked and they were expecting us. I asked if they needed me to pay anything in advance, but they said it was not necessary. Today, a week before the wedding, I called them just to check that everything was going smoothly and as planned, however, the administration informed me that there was no room reservation under my name and, in fact, they had been overbooked for over 3 months and it was a mystery to them how I even managed to book the room in the first place. They also confirmed that, if I had gone there straight after my wedding (around 11PM and after 2.30 hours drive), they would be able to do nothing, but let me go back home.
I am highly disappointed in the "service" this hotel has provided, leaving me with nothing a week before my wedding! I will do my best to spread this message and my disappointment and I will never ever recommend this unreliable place to anyone!response / report this review -

Looks nice, beautiful garden, swimmingpool. The room was nice, the bed comfortable (a bit hard, what I like). The airconditioning worked strange, or slow, not sure. But it does not follow the temperature we asked. The shower was not very good and huge part of our time there was either no water or very low pressure. The swimmingpool was very poor maintained; the surface and the tiles were looseand I have cut my toe because of that. Especially with children I think this can be dangerous. Breakfast was quite good, if it is your taste. Only between 9 and 11 and you are not allowed to start 10 minutes earlier.
Small part of the staff speaks English, so when the particular staff member was not present, communication was very hard. At timeof booking, a welcome drink was offered, but at arrival they seemed to have forgotten it. We did not receive any.
Restaurant is ok, but be careful whith a food allergy. I ordered pancake with banana and chocolate sauce. Besides that it was a cold dish, the chocolate sauce happened to be kind of nutella (and I am allergic to hazelnuts, which I stated earlier). They were very sorry and we received some fresh cookies as a compensation. I did not sleep well though because of stomach pains and eczema.
The house keepers can not understand colour code, I can understand they can not read the sign "do not disturb", but as house keepers, they should know that the red sign means not to open the room.
Sustainability is still unknown in this hotel, so our towels were changed every day, even when we hang them for using them again. Last years we are used that housekeeping only change towels when they are on the floor. To prevent using water amd energy and so save a bit of the environment.
TV seemed not to work, we did not miss it, as we do not watch tv often anyway, but I imagine for many people it is important, even only for the news or so. If it did work, we did not find out how to get it working, so maybe a manual is to advise.
During our stay there was construction works on site, so from 9 am till late afternoon there was noise of drilling and other construction noises. Even on Sunday. Combined with the poor music choice (beats at 11 am, lounge music later and volume a bit too loud, so we could still hear it when in our room, ready to sleep), we did not experience the relaxation we were looking for.
A few staff members were really friendly, others seem to avoid us (because they did not speak English?). We were sorry we did not see our favorite staff member, as we would have liked to tip him for his efforts.
All in all, the price we paid for this hotel was too much compared to the service and quality level received. We complained about the lack of water and mentioned that the price paid means some kind of quality, but they did not get the hint to compensate in any way. Especially with their own wine on site, they could have offered a bottle at least. But as we did not receive our promised welcome drink, we could have known that they do not try to please their customers.
Our own mistake: it was quite far from Telavi and public transport was possible, but difficult as a foreigner in the area. We did take a marshrutka once, quite by coincidence actually. If needed: the marshrutka passes on the main road and costs 60 detri per person. Time: around half past the hour.response / report this review -

Fantastic runaway for a weekend in 90 minutes drive from Tbilisi. The rooms are decent, balconies overlooking the pool are great, staff is friendly, the lounges are there. All you need for a fabulous weekend.
On Cons side - when ordering by the pool or restaurant, they don't charge you on your room, which is inconvenient. The site is still under development, so expect minor disturbing. No organized parking - hopefully they will take care of it.response / report this review -

Очень приятный отель с бассейном. Мы были в октябре, поэтому, жаль, что бассейн был без подогрева. Номера чистые, просторные. Завтраки вкусные, но нужно приходить в начале завтрака, т.к. выбор на шведском столе небольшой. В шаговой доступности нет красивых видов или виноградников, нужно ехать на машине.
