  Hotel is almost well located and I like the balcony and also the restaurant outdoor. Mr.Morshedi and his son, Amir, are lovely people who run this hotel and they are professional as well in hospitality

  Before going to tblisi I had heard that most of the hotels are not that much great .so among the others i think this one wasn’t that much bad.it was ok .we had a double room.the room was clean and tidy .smelled good.air conditioner was ok. It was a river view room.so the view was really enjoyable.But their restourant has only breakfast now so you cant have anything after breakfast time.theres no tea or coffee maker in rooms!!!the location i think was good .You can walk to reach the baths,peace bridge,river ,restaurants,Shardeni street and..(whole city is small and taxi is not very expensive )
  The staffs were ok they know english and helped us in some cases.

  Room was comfortable. View was good but facilities poor. No coffee or kettle in the room. No room service after 5pm not even for a cup of coffee or boiled water. No one knows anything about anything. Only upside is the location and it is possibly one of the better places to stay if you plan on staying in the old area and like exploring on foot. Breakfast is really nothing to look forward to unless you like cold hard boiled eggs and cold cereal which is literally all there is. Serves the purpose of all you need is a place to sleep and shower.

  Poor facility. Intercom is not working, door lock was stock up sometimes. No kettle in the room. Ironing not available. No available sockets adoptor for charging laptops and mobile.
