I spent a night there with my friends from different countries. The hostel is located in old town, close to everything. At the bottom of the hill, main street where touristic places located is just a step away. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and have all necessary tools. Bunk beds were perfect for companies of more than couple people. There are also computers upstairs, connected to internet, free to use. Downstairs there is kitchen. You can get breakfast there, hang out with others and just chill. Highly recommend this place to others.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms and facilities are totally clean but the breakfast exists off instant coffee and not a big variation even though there is a variety of something new each day. Also, the music playing the whole day is very loud and sometimes annoying. We would recommend this hostel for everyone who enjoys a warm atmosphere and being in a small but well-organized place. Laundry service is expensive compared to other hostels. Also the rooftop is really cool.

Great hostel! Location was ideal, breakfast was provided and there are large lockers in the rooms. Staff is very friendly and reasonably priced tours can be taken through the hostel. There is also a beautiful rooftop view. I would definitely stay here again!

Our favourite hostel in Georgia (we have stay here two times and one more time in Envoy facility in Yerevan/Armenia). Clean and well managed. Helpful and friendful staff. Guests are extra asset as we always met interesting people all around the world here. Envoy runs another hostel in Armenia and organizes trips in Georgia and Armenia as well. We took part 3 times in such trips -- all in Armenia BTW -- and always it was very interesting and memorable event with dinner prepared by local family. Armenian cuisine is delicious. Envoy services are highly recommended

Me and my friend recently stayed at the Envoy hotel. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, and helpful, and as always, with a nice smile on their faces. We had lovely time in trass that have great beautiful view of Tbilisi. This hotel is located at amazing place of old City of Tbilisi. We celebrated my birthday there. At checkout of hotel saying goodbye to staffs specially dear Tamata was painful to me. I hope to come back here my next trip.

Didn't stay at the hostel, but took the Embracing Tour with Beqa. He was super. The driver was super. Lots of knowledge and very friendly. The lunch spot was great. Will definitely take a tour again.

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable. They did a Passover party and were very welcoming. Tours are very complete, making an effort to show the most authentic aspects of Georgia. The terrace is fabulous.

I went to a tour in Armenia and it was absolutely amazing.
The tour was very well organised with a highly professional,friendly,funny and interesting staff. We were a small group accompaigned by two awesome girls from Envoy (the guide and her colleague).They made you feeling well and were very helpful.Food was also excellent as tour inclused meal.Do not hesitate to book.

Envoy Hostel very comfortable, well organized and always clean. The staff are competent, very friendly and super helpful, not only with your stay there but with anything they can do to assist you in enjoying your time in Tbilisi. Need a taxi? They'll call one they trust for you. Want to visit Yerevan, Armenia? They have a hostel there, as well, and will make reservations and travel arrangements. (They also have a hostel in Cambodia.) I've stay at Envoy several, have never been disappointed and will keep going back.

Great hostel, clean, sleek, and modern. The staff were really helpful people. Coming in I came a day early and they let me spend the night at the hostel no problems free of charge (karma points). Going out I missed the bus and they were more than happy to call the company and sort everything out for me (in Georgian).

As someone who has stayed at hostels before, I have to say this was one of my favourites. It was walking distance to hustle and bustle of the city yet super quiet overnight. I really enjoyed the free walking tour and thank you for your help in organising transport when I needed to leave the city. It is also great that you do tours. Next time I will be doing one of your day tours. Loved the service and clean rooms. In fact I have booked into your Yerevan Envoy hostel since this was such a great experience.
