Great place to stay when visiting Tbilisi

The location is great if you want to be in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town. A great little restaurant called Capre Diem is just around the corner (in case you get tired of Georgian cuisine at some point). (However it is a big question what it is you are seeking in this part of town think before you go there, as this old town centre consists of old jewish neighbourhood and an endless number of annoying restaurants and excursion and wine shops. Think twice, maybe you should choose a different part of town). Filter coffee at breakfast was great. Staff is very nice and friendly, rooms are small, but cozy and bathrooms are comfortable.

Breakfast is terrible (apart from coffee). At 10 (half hour before the end of breakfast) most of the food is gone (so what, we are not really persons - why should we suffer). The selection of food at breakfast is weird. Who eats salads with mayonnaise or something like rice with meat (was it some sort of "plov"? I don't know). Food is mostly cold - heaters are only for sausages and rice, while pancakes with cheese and meat are cold. Muesli/cereal are only for children - they are all flavoured or sugared. And there is no porridge or omelette. The breakfast really is an Achilles heel of this hotel. The only upsides are filter coffee and the fact that the breakfast area has a great view over the city.

Good location, clean hotel, room decent, soft mattresses, breakfast poor (dry muffins, sausages, vegetables, juice, cappuccino to be paid extra).
Staff speaks English and Russian.
In some rooms kitchen smell (309, 310 OK), loud sewage system, thin walls so bit loudy, especially room cleaning staff when smashing door.
In the TV just BBC and Euronews in English.
Three stars mainly because its price doesn't reflects hotel quality and breakfast.

Perfekt für Sightseeing gelegenes Hotel, Inneneinrichtung nagelneu, freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer mit Safe, Fön, Minibar und in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele traumhafte Restaurants, Cafés und Weinlokale ;)
