Prime location in the heart of old Tbilisi. No lifts makes it difficult to take luggage up, given that there is no staff to help you with that. Receptionists varied from a very nice and welcoming lady, to a quite impolite guy who kept asking for payment, even after we already had paid.
Room was small but clean, and the bathroom was too smelly to keep the door open.

Stayed here for about 10 days in December 2016. Very lovely and friendly staff. Great location and good value for money.
