  This was an absolute nighmare. We arrived early morning at the downtown office in Kutaisi. When we stepped in to the office the "employee", a man in his 50's, appearantly just woken up and was buttoning up his shirt.
  
  This man did not speak a word of English. He had the contract ready but we wanted to add an internet stick to the order, he had no idea how to add that to the contract so there were endless phonecalls to the Naniko head office to have them translate and instruct him. Next I was going to pay, then he didn't know how to operate the creditcard terminal! After approx. 3 hours in the office we went on our way. But no, then the internet stick didn't work, there was no credit on it. We took that back and the employee had not idea how to handle it. After more phone calls to the main office he went to the phone company's store and filled up the credit. This took another 90 minutes. Half a day was wasted of our 5 day vacation in Georgia.
  
  When we returned the car we had to pay a cleaning fee we had absolutely no idea about.
  
  Avoid this car rental at all costs! It's worth paying more to get service. You might end up wasting valuable time of your vacation on stressful nonsense.

  Naniko Rent a Car in Kutayisi is the Easiest Car Rental Service. I think if one is seeking for an easy and simple experience when renting a car, Naniko Kutayisi is number 1.

  I'd like to share my expressions about car rent company ''Naniko''. When I was traveling with my friends in Georgia, we decided to visited West part of country. When we arrived in city Kutaisi, we thought that we needed a car. So, after little research, I was really pleasured about the fact that we discovered a company ''Naniko'' as only one international company in Kutaisi.And I’d like to mention that the quality of the service was absolutely equal as international standards, such as English and Russian spoken and service-oriented staff . The most important thing after service quality was some flexible terms, such as one way rental service.So, we could organised some interesting trips in West Georgia and after the end of our trip we leaf our rented car in Tbilisi's office. In addition, I'd like to fixed my best expressions and regards about this company and it's friendly, high qualified staff.

  I rented from Naniko Mitsubishi Pajero from Kutaisi and I have one way rental in Tbilisi. Car was in 2 years old and in perfect condition. The price was cheap then other car rental companies.
