Clean, mid-range hotel in Zugdidi. Hotel has Bar-restaurant on the last floor, where you can enjoy Georgian and European dishes and drinks (wine, beer, chahca, juice, tea and Coffee). Wi-Fi is free. They have concierge service, laundry service, English speaking personal is friendly, helpful and polite. There is small meeting room in Iberia Palace for 10-15 people. Air conditioning system is working well in the rooms. Hotel does not have access for people with disabilities.

Nice staff, food selection quite poor, interior design overdone with marble-effect walls and ceilings, baroque furniture and so on. Service not too good, rather clean but lots of small technical issues

Good room, but not so great food service. Had some communication problems with dinner, and was charged a lot for a basic cup of tea brought to my room which the menu listed as "complementary."

the worst experience ever had in my life. there was a life concert in the restaurant. music was so loud that even on the second floor I could not sleep. never recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends. Very expensive, low service, terrible food.
