  For this city standarts, place is top notch. It has looks, thats for sure. Staff is nice, friendly and polite. Breakfast is included, towels & soap & shampoo is free and renewable. But under pretty facade, you'll find cheap and unwise developement decisions. Most rooms we ordered had some kind of piping problems. Here and there wall is patched, wooden bed part is broken and so on.
  Anyway, with some love and work this can become the 2-michlen star hotel it strives.
