  Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze. Pokoje czyściutkie i pachnące. Śniadania przepyszne, Ogólnie rewelacja, szczerze polecam, ja na pewno tu wrócę.

  Good value for money. Rooms have bathrooms and aircon. WiFi is also available. Google map places it in the right location however the map does not show the street correctly, it took us few minutes and a bit of asking around to find the place. They can also help arrange various tours around Kutaisi but wider in Georgia as well.

  nice relaxing great hosts. close to the river, so it's nice to hear water in the evening. good breakfast for 10 lari. outside terrace, although hosts have no dinner, you can buy all you need in the convenience store next door. rooms are small but new and very clean

  Very nice and clean house, the owners are very friendly, and the daughter speaks English kitchen is clean free and has everything, very good location, has nice terrace with river view, I really recommend it.

  В целом очень неплохо, все новое и вполне качественное,
  расположение отличное.
  Вот только шумоизоляция не очень..
