This hotel is maybe a huge element of our Tbilisi enjoyment! The staff is very friendly and the amenities is more than perfect. Everything is clean and great. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn in Tbilisi to my family and friends!

We would like to say that the Holiday Inn in Tbilisi Georgia is wonderful and the staff there are very, very amazing. They are so helpful not just with their "World Class" service for our hotel needs such as our clean room, excellent meals at the lounge and breakfast buffet. The staff genuinely was helpful to me and my wife for tours around Tbilisi and neighbouring areas to make our first trip to this beautiful and friendly country fun. Looking forward to a return stay at Holiday Inn in Tiblisi Georgia. By the way I am from Atlanta, Georgia and they thought that was exciting.

It is a Holiday Inn. If you have been in one before your have an idea of what to expect. This is a bit on the nicer end of the spectrum but I would not call it Luxury. There is a casino on site with other casinos in the area. The hotel also has meeting/conference rooms. There can be a significant amount of traffic on the streets the hotel is situated between. Making getting in and out a challenge at certain times of the day. The hotel is not located all that close to the sites you will want to visit in Tbilisi. Unless you are here to gamble or for a conference there are better choices in town.

Good location, everything around you. Great staff supporting at all the moment.
The room was small actually but I was alone and I used to be enjoying discovering the city from early morning tell med night. Free internet available, fair breakfast too. I recommend this place to stay.response / report this review -

Great place for conferences. Snacks, coffee or lunches are very good. Very polite, cheerful and accurate employees. Parking space available and it means a lot in this city!

Our team gathering was quickly moved to this hotel from a resort in the mountains due to weather and the staff at the Holiday Inn were so kind to us and very helpful. It's a beautiful hotel with large rooms and a nice view of the busy city.

Good hotel at lively spot of Tbilisi. It has quite large casino, good parking, great well organized cafe on the first floor, just above the main lobby, with good selection teas and one of the best coffe offerings in Tbilisi. Lively spot, definitely worth going

Clean hotel, friendly staff and great location. Swimming pool has nice crowd. Breakfast was really nice. Many known shops and restaurants around the hotel area.

It's nice enough. Liked the outdoor pool and pool bar. Inside the rooms was quite warm in summer and first hotel ive stayed in that has wooden shower base.

Location is not directly in the city centre but it is good connected to it by metro. Metro station is over the street. Room was very cosy, service was on a very high level and staff was helpful.

Perfect Hotel, with great service (And food as well) and staff which is very responsive and helpful. Rooms are clean and very neat.
But nevertheless fees are quite high.

Pros:
- Pleasant personnel
- Breakfast was delicious
Cons:
- They have tiny rooms with bad noise insulation. Ventilation system is bad. Smells from kitchen or smoking rooms flows to my room.
- If you open the window you unable to talk by phone because of street noise and evening traffic jam drown everything out. By the way it is hard to reach out to the hotel in evening due to jams.
- Laundry service is extensive. To wash one shirt cost 13 Gel / 5 USD. To iron it cost extra 5 Gel / 2 USD.
- If you ask receptionist to open mini-bar (by default it is closed) be ready what every day special guy is going to check it in spite of "Don't disturb" tag.response / report this review -
