I strongly recommend this hotel.
The staff are very nice and the rooms are clean, and you can enjoy complimentary breakfast.
Do forget to check the roof top

Small rooms with small bathrooms and very thin walls. Very limited selection for breakfast. The only good thing is location.

Nice little hotel very centrally located near freedom square. Many small restaurants around. We got our room as an emergency travel change and it was tiny, others are better from their pictures. Breakfast was poor. Staff was very friendly and helpful! WiFi was ok.

Centrally located in the older part of central Tbilisi in a safe area, nearby Freedom Square and Rustavelli street.
Reservation was made through the hotel website ,little bit overpriced ,but it is all over Tbilisi.Free one way airport transfer was on time. Early check in 4am was free, thank you.Stayed from December 20th 2015 for 3 nights.
Stayed in a front room(view of a church) on the 1st floor(no noise problem).

Rooms are very big and clean,free daily water,no safe. Big bathroom with good water pressure and hot water.
Room temperature was a little bit over the comfortable zone,we had to open the window.

Wifi was good, however it dropped couple of times.
Breakfasts was ok, but not exceptional.
Staff is very friendly they gave us there metro card to use ,thank you.

Sweet boutique hotel with friendly staff. Has a tendency to change your room in middle of stay with a 20 min warning! But, close to everything, easy walk to old city and towards new. Ask for the panorama room! Great view with glass in three sides.
