We stayed at the executive suite for 3 nights and it was very comfy, they even offered us free breakfast. The location of the hotel is also a plus since it is located right in front of the 6 May park and batumi beach.

Probably one of the best, if not THE BEST, hotel(s) in Batumi. I booked an Executive Business Room with King-size bed. The balcony was huge overlooking the lake and partly the Black Sea. As perks of the upgraded room, I got continental breakfast and unlimited use of the Executive Lounge on 16/F. On 1/F, there were the sauna room and steam room, which were great. After heating up, one could relax and unwind in the common room next door, which made available the use of tea, coffee, water and fruit. The loungers were good to lie on or sit back. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered good variety of food to choose from. I had a great time at the hotel!

Hilton is a standard for 5* hotels. Always clean, comfortable and gives the best service! I enjoyed the sauna and the warm pool(rather small) . Breakfast is superb.

Great rooftop bar with excellent service, nice drinks and spectacular views. The best Jagermeister in town!
The handsome Irish manager is very accommodating. A true gent!
We are locals and of course will be back for more.

Hilton - batumi georgia
Perfect for location, only 2 km walking from cable car and all attraction.
The breakfast is amazing and 5 star.
Inside swimming pool. Was amazing ang 25 mt long
The sauna was off ( on request)
The steam room was below expectations and mever gets the required heat !!

Only comments: the bathroom slippers is too slippery and please tell the administration about it, be aware dear.. it is really could harm your guests

This is a hotel with the worst service there is. Not willing to give me extra body soap just four small bottles a day which is not enough. There is a shortage of food in the lounge. Not willing to give towels

Rooms are big and very comfortable. Hotel seems very new and is located very near the beach. Area is surrounded by parks and is perfect for outdoor sport activities. Staff is very friendly and professional and rooms are very clean. The view from te room is very nice regardless if you are looking at the sea or towards the city.

Great location, right on the Black Sea and its Boulevard and beach. Superb views out of all rooms. Sea side and lake - city - Mountain View’s are simply stunning. Roof top bar for unforgettable moments and very good Georgian restaurant and cafe on ground floor! Also the spa is recommendable with relaxing treatments!
Definitely the place to, price value top!

Everything was more than good, but I found it hard to find a single working PC in the hotel and the receptionist wasn't helpful dealing with this. There weren't slippers in the room also. The spa was average, not perfect. Overall, the hotel is very good.

Very good hotel with gorgeous views to the city skyline and the sea. Amazing dining options. There are three dining areas covering from local cuisine to international ones. Wellness facilities are quite good. You can take a walk two minutes to the beach and location in the middle of everything around. 10 minutes from airport.

Only had food here. It was delicious, we had sushi. The reason for only two stars is that we ordered three dishes of sushi and it took an hour between ordering each dish to arrive. So we were starving by the time the next one came out. The dessert was delicious, had fried ice cream, although it didn’t specify 3 different types, that’s what we got. We did receive a discount on the bill for slow service and a lack of drinks delivered.

Although it's one the best hotels in Batumi, it still has to catch up with International Hilton standards. A/C and heating problems in the rooms are quite common. The roof bar has an amazing view and there are nice cocktails. In the weekends, there is also a DJ performing. On the other hand, food selection is limited, desserts quality is really average and the service is very slow. Fitness room has more appeal to women. Mostly cardio equipments available no muscle training equipments. Spa and pool are nice.

Not so friendly staff, the rooms were not well prepared plus the floor that we are in smells really bad. Unfortunately, the AC were not working well in the hotel generally and I had to call several time to complain about this problem.

The sky bar is worth going to. They good food and drink options. The staff are very kind and attentive and service-minded. Didn't see much of a view due to night time visit.

In general hotel is very nice and the sky bar on the last floor has amazing views. Ser ice could improve in some areas, especially when we talk about the hotel of this level. However, I would recommend a stay or just a visit to the bar.

This hotel is the best in Batumi! The views from rooms are breath taking, their food tastes great and services is perfect! The view from skybar is 360 and looks over whole Batumi! If you are in Batumi this is a must go place! You have not seen the real beauty of it until you go here!

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is clean and stuff are quite nice and helpful especially in the cafe, restaurant and lounge area. The rooms are quite big and comfy, everything is clean and in general feels good. But paying 150$ per night and having to pay extra for parking and wifi connection is too much. Maybe this is normal for this chain and it is how it should be but for a simple man like me who need a internet connection and AC to be smiling like a newborn baby in this hot ass city the situation was frustrating.
