The Cafe is so nice, with great view of city Batumi. HOT Chocolate is recommended!! Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

The room was nice. The bath douche head was leaking. The window would not close properly. No balcony. The outside breakfast patio basically overlooks the parking. Pool area is nice

Radisson blu hotel was my among best experiences in life. Staff was so cooperative and friendly. Neat and cleanliness was up-to the mark. Room was so amazing that i loved it. View from room was mind blowing. Two swimming pools were there one inside and other one outside.

I visited to make use of pool and spa facilities, but I can say the service was great, was greeted and assisted with genuine smiles. The pool and change rooms are world class and clean.

The room is nice and has great views. The reception staff are not very hospitable if you don't speak Russian don't expect too much.
The TV blocks the nice view but only has couple of options and most is Russian or local.
Bathroom ventilation is poor, it smelled like it was mold.
Make sure to get your own shampoo the quality of the ones available are not to par.
Outdoor swimming pool was under construction, and the indoor is small and was packed with kids constantly jumping, it was annoying.
I would also suggest they change their curtains, hard to operate and breaks easily.
Fridge is not cold, iron didn't work.
However food was nice ( but don't order Bolognese)response / report this review -

One of the best hotels in Batumi along with Sheraton and Hilton. Roof bar has an amazing view with live music performances in weekends.

Well the place is fine! But for a 5 star hotel the service is not up to par, the hotel needs a bit of maintenance here and there.
Breakfast is rich and great, pools are small both indoor and outdoor, gym is a couple of treadmills not even close to being a gym.
Overall its fine but there are a couple of other hotels that are way better for the same priceresponse / report this review -
