it's clean but don't expect too much, gym and the pool and my room phone was out of order, bath drain and shower hose needed fixing which was done. you have to ask for most of the usual things in the room to be given to you every time . only the reception is ok and speaks English (well who does in this city!). breakfast is good, there are two side of view from the hotel one is the 3beds which is the street, nothing beautiful and noisy but not inside the room with windows closed but the two beds side is a beautiful view of the mountain and the river. no free water or tea or coffee are given.

Nice hotel in the shape of cruise Ship, right on the bank of the river Mtkvari. Nice views over the river, recently refurbished and value for money.

Being refurbished. I would probably give another star after is finished.

Good:
Breakfast is quite nice, rooms are big and very quiet, good-ish view from the river on the back, shower is good as well. Dinner food is really nice!

Bad:
Staff are not very helpful and frequently rude (although the receptionist were great!) wifi signal is really bad in most of the rooms, gym is super small with noisy equipments and no windows.
