Nice place
Quiet and clean
Appropriate location
Easy access to city centre by bus
Breakfast dose not have great quality and served in a small room without any windows.
The breakfast is served at 8.5 am and if you want to check out early in the morning before breakfast time they will not give you take away for breakfast.
The personnel are indifference.
Bottled water in room is not free.
They do not clean your room on daily basis unless being asked to do so .

This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi Georgian Republic it has a fantastic management great staff unbelievable placement in the town it's very clean the prices are very good the staff are amazingly polite and very very respectful I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to visit this town and this amazing country I had the best time at this hotel

First off, when my wife and I arrived at the hotel, we were told by the staff that the room is not ready until 2:00 or 3:00 PM and that we have to wait in a ridiculously small lobby until the room is ready and prepared. We were not provided with concierge to take our luggage upstairs, and we had to take our own luggage to the room by ourselves. After waiting for about 4 hours we were provided with a room with two single beds. The location of the hotel is not very good as it is a little far from city center and most taxi drivers do not even know if such hotel exists or where it is exactly located. Beside all above we were told by our tour leader that the water is free for the first day, but were charged 2 larys at the time of checkout for water.
