Although nothing special as a Cafe, the breath-taking view of the old city, the surrounding mountains and the river worth the trip there.
We tried the Turkish coffee and the cheesecake and they both were pretty good.
Lastly, the place is priced very fairly, especially for the view it offers.

The place has amazing views on Old Tbilisi, especially in the evenings. However the cafe itself is quite outdated and needs renovation..The interior is somewhat old and damaged

Really good views, really friendly and responsive staff. Prices are reasonable, not regular but also not too expensive. Everything was delicious.

This place doesn't even qualify for café! Super rude male waiter with no respect to his customers. Left before even having the chance to place an order for a beer (in fact I walked inside the indoor bar area and ordered 2 beers myself but was rudely asked to go back to my table and evidently the beers never came out).. it's a no no to this lousy pathetic place. PS: the view from the terrace is stunning though 😉

They have a great view over Tbilisi. The service is nit that great as waiters do not pay much attention to customers. Some of their food is great but some might not be good at all. I always get beef stroganoff. This place is more to enjoy the view and flowers around you, then to eat. Its beautiful and definitely worth going!

This place has wonderful view on old Tbilisi. I have only had coffee and it wasn't great. Service was quite slow as well. Although, pizzas from other tables looked great : )

Nice place to stop by before embarking on the route up the hill by cable car. As the name suggests, there's a nice garden with cozy sitting places. Ordered a lobiani, a mushroom soup, a salad and a beer. The portions were large enough to make the two of us full.

The service is quite slow and portions are somewhat smaller than average in Georgia. But the food is nice and the view is fantastic during the day.
