Only talking about the oxygen bar since it is not listed on google maps yet service is terrible still being ignored while writing this review and it’s already been 20 minutes with us being only one party out of three in total I wonder how this place is functioning when it’s even more crowded disappointing despite of the nice view oh and it smells very bad because the hotel‘s swimming pool is right next door

Probably the worst Radisson I have ever been to. Not very clean. Service passable. Security guys in the lobby disgusting. I am happy I did not stay there longer. Only good thing about the hotel was the location. But again very shady and dangerous, because of the casino in close proximity.

Good location, close to a very busy street downtown Tbilisi. Casino attached - so it's lively during day and night. Spacious room, but amenities and cleanliness are not 5stars. We checked in after failing to fly back to Dubai after spending 3 beautiful days in Tbilisi. So I might has bias, but we don't like a very busy Rustaveli - so I would also compare it to our earlier nicer, quieter neighborhood hotel. But overall it was a nice quick stay. We have to leave very early at 3am - and they arranged us an outside, decent, fair-priced taxi to the airport.

Very good hotel, with an outstanding front office with very kind and helpful staff. The beds are small :( for someone like me 1.90m
The breakfast is very good, fresh juices, life station for egg based recipes and pancakes, but not overall is not excellent. Once again the staff here is excellent.
The SPA is just fine.
The indoor pool is very pleasant with very beautiful view over the city and river.

The rooms and services are nice. We had some incidents though that should not be happening in a hotel of that caliber. For one thing our sons bed was missing when we arrived, we had to ask for it three times until we got it. Then the shower door did not close which made the entire bathroom fill with water. The mini bar fridge didn't work and was replaced the day after (they did apologize for that and we got some fruit the next day). One day there was no hot water for the entire day in all the hotel, we had to wash our 3 year old son in cold water, we got no apology for that. The air conditioning was either to hot or too cold and was impossible to close, it also completely dehydrated the room. We did not have a double bed but two separate beds for me and my wife which was very uncomfortable.
The breakfast was good and had a nice coffee. The pool is great though small and hard to swim if there are a lot of people.

Had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu. All staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. Food was great at all restaurants. I would definitely choose to stay again at Radisson Blu when I return to Tbilisi

The hotel was good but staff😔. Fridge is locked and they don't let you move minibar items to put your stuff in the fridge! Safe didn't work and it took us 2days asking them to fix it for several times! Good points: location . and the ice machine they have in every floor, it's great if your stay is in the summer

Extraordinary service and friendly stuff! Everyone is always at your service! Also, As a guest, you can enjoy the hotel spa that is one of a kind. The view from the hotel is outstanding as well!
But The restaurant at the hotel is definitely not the best. In comparison to nearby restaurants it’s overpriced.

The Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel is a hotel in the city center of Tbilisi located on Rose Revolution Square. The hotel was built in 1967 by the Soviet government as the premier luxury hotel of the Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic and was named Hotel Iveria after the ancient kingdom of Iveria. As a result of the war in Abkhazia in 1992, the hotel became a refugee camp housing more than 800 refugees. In 2004 the refugees were removed from the hotel and offered $7000 per room. The dilapidated hotel was stripped down to its steel structural frame and completely rebuilt as a modern luxury business hotel, managed by the Radisson Hotels group. It reopened in 2009 as the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel

Had an amazing Chinese couples massage and pedicures, both the best we have had in a long time. Thorough and very professional. Lunch in the Oxygen bar was delicious (small dishes are actually mains!)
Only negative was no jacuzzi and relaxing area by infinity pool is very warm.

Excellent lounge bar. Very good music on perfect sound. Cozy place with good selection of cocktails and dessert. Very nice view if you choose to sit on terrace. Prices are a bit expensive but its worth of it.

I ate at Filini. The menu caters to tourist and it must be one of the finest views in Tbilisi located on the rooftop where outdoor seating is a must. Plan on a reservation and budget $50 GEL and up to really enjoy the menu. Good bottled wine selection. I had the dragon roll it was good, not the best. I also had Cheesecake which I thought a bit runny coming from the East Coast. However its still worth the atmosphere and view. My colleague had the tagliatelle and mentioned it was plain tasting.

Have been as hotel customer and nice place as well as restaurant customer. Considering Pizza with Egg. I think it deserves three stars. You cannot offer this to your customers.

Wonderful rooms, restaurants, pool, staff. Very beautiful hotel with a great view. I would give it 5 stars if it had a decent gym. Extremely small and limited. Much of the cardio equipment needs to be serviced. Other than that, great experience.

Update from initial review: I was shocked with the ignorance of the SPA management. We talked to four people from SPA and they kept giving false promise to call as back since a week already. We bought massage card which we are not able to use. Thats a shame from the hotel which used to be very attentive to its guests. I used to be a regular client and from now on will never come back or recommend anyone to go there.

Room quality and size is nice. Specially if you get higher level rooms such as business class corner rooms or junior suites.
Welcoming had significant issues, from bellman to reception to construction in lobby area. (Practically lobby is a construction site with scaffolding in lobby!!!)
Service in hotel outlets is near terrible. In italian restaurant or casino we got ignorance and delay and in casino unlike most of casinos we've visited you will get poor quality of service.

Radisson has been surprisingly gaining my respect through the years. The Radisson blue collection throughout Europe is a cost-effective value.

It's got a nice clean atmosphere, upbeat, amazing restaurants and increasingly proved to be an oasis of civility in an otherwise rough business terrain.

Nice hotel. You need to ask for everything. We were 3 people but they always put 2 of everything. The reception staff were very friendly and their English was good.food was "okay". The rooms were clean and spacious. the cleaning lady didn't understand English at all so be prepared to use your hands.
Very good location. There were many stores around you. Wendy's was right next to it and there was also supermarket.
