Great Experience playing golf at the Granada Golf Club the course is well kept new upgrades on the way quite a number of elevated greens so it's very challenging it's a short course plays at a par 67!

The internet describes a cost of US $20 for the 9 holes.

In reality it was quoted to us as EC $60, but they force a caddy upon you and charge for club hire and purchase of balls, adding $80, $40 and $20 respectively. This means a stupidly expensive amount for what can easily be seen as a poor quality course.

I have not played here for a few years - but the course is fun. Issues have more to do with course conditions (dry season vs wet season) as the fairways are prone to "cracking" under dry conditions, so you can find your ball a foot below the surface if it falls into a crevice.

I always played in a four some consisting mostly of locals. We never used or were told to use a caddie.

The caddies are forced upon you (namely Albert) they surprise you on the way off of the golf course with a fee for multiple surprise services - even though we checked on the entrance to the course all was paid.

The caddie service consists of offering you wrong clubs and then strolling off so you have no chance to change them and local gems of advice on request such as "hit the green".

In addition, if you aim right after instructed to do so, you might be lucky enough to receive the all-time gem bit of advice - "no, the other right". Hmm.

We were rushed around the course, which we soon realised was to con the next group with caddie fees.

My husband is a UK golf professional, so knows what to expect on course.

You will feel rushed, hustled and obligated to hand over more cash.

The 9 hole course has more of a crazy golf feel.

We would recommend you view the beautiful island and leave the golf for home.
