Great place for families. My kids loved the place so we are back again next year! If you are taking kids i would recommend taking snacks with you in your suitcase (rice crackers, dried fruit etc) as there is not much healthy options to choose from and its expensive

What a wonderful place. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They make you feel right at home. Special mention to Rex who made our stay particularly fantastic! The food was great, the entertainment was excellent and the pool was perfect. Pure paradise! The sunsets were incredible too.

This is a really lovely resort. Love the food and drinks and staff are so friendly. You need to sit at the beach shack and watch the sunset - it's just magical 😍😍😍

Chaos here in Denarau, Fiji. Floods racing against high tide. Passengers missing out on flights due to cyclone. Taxi and buses cannot pass through due to floods. Hotel guest offering their rooms to other visitors just to help. Staffs in the hotels are working round the clock, some cant go home and others are stuck at home with their families. The electric door locks are also not working so some of the guest are stuck outside for a long time til they are attended to. Some hotels without water and lots of power outrages. Still, the staffs in Wyndham Denarau are full of smiles. Wyndham Denarau, kudos to all of you and management should be proud of your abilities to stay welcoming amidst all the chaos around.
    5 stars!!

The experience of a life time. Peaceful, quiet two restaurants to choose from on the property. The only property that still accepts cash. The amenities are great. The Bula buss however now is no longer free. The fishing, island hopping and the snorkeling are out of this world. A must do trip.

Purchased 11 nights in oceanview apartment over Xmas time, we had a ball . Sala in kids club did a wonderful job of looking after our boys while we had the afternoon to ourselves. The Christmas Day buffet was well prepared and tasty. Highly recommend this resort.

Have been here a number of times, each successive time has seen the resort slip deeper into disrepair. The food options are depressing as are the happy hour drinks (was no change in two years).

The staff on the other hand are always friendly; and, helpful where able.

The staff are paid a pittance circa $4 an hour, yet, the massage centre charges something like $100 for a massage.

There are great services at any of the other resorts, would suggest seeing those prior to staying here.

This place is not just awesome. It's beyond awesome! I shed a tear when I had to leave. Everything about this place was outstanding. The staff. The service. The rooms. The restaurant. The facilities. The amenities. The gardens and boardwalks. All the available attractions. Such a memorable experience.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Food was always delicious. It was always great entertainment. Staff was very helpful when necessary questions needed to be answered on directions or products of Fiji; transportation and/or excursions. There is a lot of great food to eat and many places to go and see. The water is beautiful no matter where you turn. I loved my holiday stay immensely. I have plans of returning very soon.

3 week stay this time, definitely not the last time either. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I have been here before and still recognize some faces and friends I have made in the past.

The resort was lovely, however, I didn't think much of being slammed with taxes on our meal & then again when we paid the food bill at the end of our stay - double dipping is not a great way to treat guests Wyndham! I don't have a problem paying a tax but 6 taxes (over $200 tax upon more taxes) is daylight Robery! We were also taxed (accommodation tax) for the two nights we didn't stay because we missed flights.

Great place for families and the staff is top quality. We loved our time there, miss it already. They have a lot of daily activities, most for free, makes it easy to just stay at the resort. Two restaurants with excellent food and service. The pool is big and spacious. The staff really make this place exceptional.

We stayed in denarau wyndham for 2 nights. Upon arrival they gave us 2 ten minute foot massage vouchers. Called the spa from my room and they had no phone so i walked down to the spa to be told they couldn't do it the same day as they had to go home around 4. Booked for 3 pm the next day. Went at 3 to be told that it was raining and they couldn't do the massage since the place was wet. they had apparently temporarily moved because of renovation well that wasnt my problem. If only they were vigilant enough to put the sails down nothing would've got wet. Ended up getting one after about half an hours wait. Called for some shampoo conditioner and toilet paper which arrived after about 3 hours thats after numerous calls and told that I'd complain about the service. Only because the staff were too busy watching 7s in the dining/staff room. Asked one of the workers if i could get some fresh green coconuts . She told me to approach the guys in "dark orange t shirts". I did and they said they couldn't do it because they were too busy making money from the guests doing their usual crab/ frog race. I had a very pathetic experience. Fijian hospitality is not the same anymore. They seem to be lazy and ignorant, responding rudely to everything. They need to be taught the mannerism and reminded why they are working in the tourism industry. Even taught to smile. Wyndham fiji we dont become members to be treated rudely when we come on a holiday. If you cannot do your job properly then something seriously needs to be done. About time you employ more people to cater for the hindreds of guest you have at any given time

Not for families with infants! No pool for them and no space in the pool (Radisson is amazing) Or if u don't like cigarette smoke in ur unit. and the spa is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! no value for money what so ever! Go to kmart and buy the $2 facial packs and do it urself.

Absolutely sensational Resort. Beautifully friendly staff. There was an issue in the town, and the staff sorted it out so quickly and were very friendly about it. I cannot recommend this place enough!
