We stayed at the hotel for a week. We enjoyed every moment. The room was cozy with a large TV and air conditioning in every room. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sea is close and the beach is great for walking and swimming. The food was fantastic and the staff completed the entire experience.

The staff are amazing, such beautiful hospitable people. However there are times when you can't flush the toilet or have a shower. Apparently the pumps also get turned off at night. If you get up too early, no water pressure. The maintenance painting made the room unbearable. The fumes came through the bathrooms and even leaving the exhaust fans on didn't help. There is no buffet breakfast, in fact no breakfast or lunch is available. The food is very good and the one night of local entertainment was fabulous, it is a shame that they don't have some sort of entertainment every night. If I did ever come back here, it would only be for the local staff, definitely not the resort.

I actually can't believe this place is open. So many problems with this resort. First of all you have to shower before 6pm or else you won't get any water. There water pressure turns off around 7pm. So if you didn't shower or do your dishes too bad for you. This was said by the management at Fiji Palms. But no water issues at the resort next door. Only Fiji Palms. Sinks in the kitchen was clogged everyday. And ants issues everyday. I notified the manager but she seemed less bothered about anything that we told her. Even her employees said she is only there to fill her pockets not take care of the property. All the housekeeping employees were really nice and helpful about the situation except for the office staff. I would never recommend this resort to anyone

Just the friendliest, most peaceful and chilled out holiday destination! We have visited 6+ times as a couple and with friends and family. Spacious accommodation that is upgraded every time we visit. Beachfront location safe for children. The real Fiji that you won't see at Denarau and bigger resorts.
