Town house apartments is one of the worst services I have ever encountered, purely for there lack of costumer service and reliance. All I needed was confirmation of my booking, however with the very apparent lack of communication skills and neglect to help rectify and come to a conclusion, a lack of comprehention of the situation I was unable to get an answer At all, not even an explanation, just being directed to end of the phone line beeping. All I can say was that my experience was absolutely horrendous.
Reception was difficult to get a hold of via phone, numerous attempts in trying to contact them only to be hung up uponor transferring me to the incompetent management, staff not being able to comprehend a solution to a problem, that seemed that they had not learnt how do deal with made it more difficult to find a solution to the MOST SIMPLEST inquiry, not surprisingly management was worse, as it seems I have been place on there voicemail list indefinitely

Great price for the facilities. The room was very spacious and had a large bar fridge in the room. Don't take a room too close to reception. You can hear people talking a lot there at night.

Very pleasant staff underlining the fact that the units are dilapidated, the pillows are ten years past their use by date, all furniture is at least 30 years old. In short you get a 1 star room at a 4 star price. Feeling very ripped off.

Awkward, Dirty and Uncomfortable. Not to mention the noise and partying. The ownership are incompetent to the point to being a hazard.
