  The service provided at the TFL shop could be improved in terms of time spent in the line awaiting service at the counter. TFL should have a number/ticket system and more cashiers at any one time. Being there three times now, very slack staff and service provided. I would rather try another carrier for broadband services.

  service is pathetic ! have been trying to connect internet at home from February but still running around with TFL ! I think their technician is coming from out of different galaxy that is why they keep telling me technician is coming..
