It's cleanliness is pathetic . Located relatively close to the city and hospitals. Has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and balcony. Would recommend for overnight stays only though. If you have a fear of insects and cockroaches then do not stay here. Otherwise it a cheap option.

Good value and location but that's about it. Amenities are questionable. Whoever doesn't always have hot water or good water pressure for that matter. There are cockroaches and bugs sometimes. Avoid if you want a clean hygienic place but if that isn't a problem then stay there. It's cheap and very close to the city

Rented the deluxe studio last week for 5 nights. It was dirty. Mini fridge doesn't work. Suite is self contained and should have utensils and cutlery. Nothing available. Mugs and Cups are cracked and unsafe and not food safe approved. Its disgusting. Ask for replacement mugs and got more cracks and chips in it.
Housekeeping paid for for daily service. The staff don't have any training on how to clean. Ask to clean the "bathroom" and only toilet gets cleaned. Ask to sweep the floor and only 1 section of the floor gets swept.
Very noisy staff, constant yelling and carrying on and no regard for guests resting.
The shift manager (gay guy) is rude, no customer service. went to check out, they didn't charge for the whole weeks stay. I asked 2x is this the right amount. She said yes. So we left. 5 mins later we get a threatening text on the cell saying pay or they will call cops. Its not our screw up, its theirs and they threaten with calling the cops. Unprofessional jerks.
Will never stay here or ever recommend anyone.

Most disgusting hotel full of dirt everywhere..start from the door nob all way through...only best was friendly staff that's why a start for them but as hotel not worth the money..was checked in late so had to stay but next day early morning we just Tok off to breath fresh air ...bro

Would never ever ever recommend to anyone as the place is overall rundown. We stayed in the self contained studio. The first room we were taken too was literally filthy and looked as if no effort had been put into cleaning. We were able to move to another room, which was slightly better, but still gross. Our first day there consisted of hours of cleaning, scrubbing and disinfecting (the entire apartment). We also ended up buying kitchenware as the apartment literally had nothing. After two nights, our aircon kept leaking up until we left.

The one star given is for the kind staff who made every effort to make our stay more comfortable.

P.S You're probably wondering why we hadn't just left. The reason is because we were on duty travel and accommodation was already paid by agency, and was non-refundable.

After complaining about the first two messy rooms offered to me, I was told that these apartments are mostly used by locals who work nearby but live too far away to travel every day. I cannot recommend for tourists. I've given them a bonus start because the staff were polite and kind. They gave me a refund without any fuss and suggested another hotel around the corner.
