Hospitality like no other, fun and lovely staff who really embrace the Fijian culture and love sharing it with visitors. Lots of activities for everyone to enjoy! The Jet ski safari around the island is good fun and there’s some great fish to see snorkeling along he island too!

Girlfriend and I spent just over a week here and loved every second of it. Where do I even begin. From the moment we were welcomed at the shore with singing and a flower necklace we felt right at home. When we were escorted to our accommodation we were shocked to see that we had been upgraded not one level but several levels above what we had payed for (approximate cost would have been 2-3 times what we actually paid) The staff here are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make your stay perfect, nothing is too much to ask. By the end neither of us wanted to leave.

Has such potential but fell short of expectations. Location is amazing! Great snorkeling and nice staff. But food was not very good and overpriced and restaurants had odd times and changing menus. Had to call often to get room cleaned. Service was very slow. Kids club closes at lunch but snorkeling excursions are from 11-1 or 1-3 so hard to go without having to hire a sitter. Ice cream stand seemed to be sporadically staffed with no one showing up after lunch. Would not recommend it with all the other amazing and less expensive options out there.

The resort as a location can not be faulted, great views and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Where Tokoriki let's itself down is the cost of the food and drink (take snacks and some drink with you) is incredibly expensive as is the water sport activities.
The food in the 2 main restaurants is also a bit hit miss and maybe. We stayed 9 nights and by the end due to a lack of choice and quality weren't excited about dinner, this would be very easy to rectify by simply creating 7 specials to serve throughout the week rather than being stuck with the same limited choices each night.
Rooms, while spacious, weren't always clean, while maids did come in on a daily basis, "cleaning" was simply turning back the bed sheets. On more than 1 occasion the "clean" towels smelt and floors hadn't been cleaned.
A real shame, no doubt for location, absolutely 5*, it's just a shame the resort itself I am guessing has been let down by bad management decisions.response / report this review -

Had one of the most relaxing vacations in October to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and also birthdays. Staff went out of their way to ensure that we were well taken care off with complementary wine and fruit platters to mark the occasion. Note the restaurants at the resort are very expensive and with due reason - everything has to be brought in by boat. You can opt for the meal plans at check in which can help manage your expenses a little. Also because everything is brought in by boat daily, please don’t be wasteful with linens, food, etc.
Loved the water sports guys who were great at making sure everyone was safe all the time while snorkeling and took the time to show us around during our boat trips out. Bring your own snorkeling goggles and masks if you can manage it. Makes for a better experience.response / report this review -

A beautiful place with great facilities like pool, tennis court, spa and restaurants. One of the restaurants is really good - the Flying Fish. However, everything is ridiculously expensive because there's nothing else on the island. Also, the room service isn't that great. We stayed here for 3 nights and every morning only the bed would be done, no change of sheets and the bathroom floor would be wiped. There would still be sand in the room or used tissues lying on the bathroom sink. But we had a great time here and the staff is very friendly, so 4 stars.

Our family had a most fantastic week at Sheraton Tokoriki Island.
The staff are all so friendly and helpful.
A big thanks to Villi for making the daily pool volleyball so much fun (no volleyball no dinner!!!) Marlie and his mate on the guitar - first class.
The only down side - bring heaps of cash for the food and drinks the resort knows how to Charge $$$$!!!

The resort of Sheraton Tokoriki is fabulous. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and so friendly. We felt very comfortable in the resort. The facilities are fantastic.
The goodbye song and dessert topped off our last evening. Special thanks to Charlotte and Seri for being so wonderful and welcoming and for making our trip to Tokoriki so special.response / report this review -

Loved the place! Everything is quite new and the rooms are very nice, especially the ones with ocean views.
The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They tow people out to the reef for snorkeling, which has some very nice spots.
The food was good but quite pricey but then again it is a very small island and everything has to be brought in by boat.
Only thing that could have been a bit better was the beach, since there was no shade and no chairs or umbrellas and you could only get one pool towel.
There are also not many tours available or ways to get off the island so there is not that much to explore.
If you just want to unwind and relax this is the perfect place!response / report this review -

We have enjoyed 3 vacations at the Sheraton Tokoriki. The first was in late July 2015 to celebrate my wife Jennifer's birthday. Enjoyed it so much we returned for 10 nights in Feb 2016 to celebrate my birthday and again in Feb 2017. Amazing staff and Delicious food! It's a small resort w plenty of amenities and beautiful little island will draw us back for future vacations in Fiji!

Has everything most guests will require. FREE WIFI and sound cell coverage are a true bonus!. Excellant selection of food and a choice of dining locations Free Jetski drag out to reef whenever you feel the need

As soon as I got on the island I felt relaxed & happy! As you'd expect, the staff are truly beautiful inside and out. The resort is classy, yet elegantly simple. There is nothing over the top or pretentious about it. I was able to relax & enjoy myself straight away. I judge a hotel on its bathrooms and this one was just beautiful! The food was delicious. I had a beef arancini ball and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. And the fresh island salad was so more-ish! Chopped pineapple, carrot, mint, peanut and coconut! Yum!! I can't wait to come back!!

Amazing resort off the beaten path. Lots of daily activities for guests of all ages. The house reef is very nice for snorkeling. The staff is wonderful; they absolutely make you feel like one of the family. Everyone my wife and I met were smiling, remembered us by name, and would talk to us as long as we were willing to chat. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking and made for one spectacular visit! Highly recommended!!

Staff are super friendly and very welcoming. This place is only just over a year old yet looks like it's 7+ years old. The chairs around the pools have covers in them that are filthy dirty and the tiles are slippery. The pool runs out of towels.. Yep beach hotel no towels. Good one Sheraton! Food is super expensive my advice is get the Sheraton Star Privilege card for 50% off the food when dining with 2 people. The rooms are nice AC works well, shower be carful not to fall over bit like a ice skating rink when wet. Very pretty place but needs some TLC to make it sparkle like say a Royal Hawaiian type of beach resort.
