Best school in FIJI👑👑👑
Great Victorian
A great part of Fiji
Really learned a lot of life lessons while attending this school.
Land of the brave
@Liz McKendry, I remember you well. Your Mum and Dad were absolutely brilliant, . . excellent !!. Yes, Mr Hurrell, the Principal and Mr Leggett (NZ) were largely instrumental in the fund raising for the Chapel which now sits on the hill overlooking the school. I still treasure lovely memories from those far off days. My English teacher was Mr Graham Leggett who worked at first for the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation before switching to teaching at QVS. Every year he would stage a Shakespearean play which we would take on tour to Suva Town Hall and other secondary schools like Levuka Public School and Lelean Memorial School. 'Macbeth' and 'The Merchant of Venice' were my favourites; and we made a lot of money towards our Chapel Funds. Apparently the school has expanded a lot now . . . many thanks. !!

Honoured to have attended this profound institution of quality education. Since the first day I entered the gates of the school, I was taught one thing. And that is to EXCEL in all aspects of life. Whether it be Academia or Sports, one thing is paramount Faith, Family and Culture is what binds us all. Through the years, new friendship will be forged with strangers.only to depart as brothers.
4 years later with the gates of the school on our car's rear view mirrorto an inevitable journey called 'LIFE', I am being reminded that as an individual and as an old scholar, the integrity and dignity of QVS will always be etched in the hearts and minds of current and former scholars.
