Zigzag serves by far the greatest chicken and chips and it comes with a drink of your choice (1.25L). Oh and their cheese cakes are to die for.

Customers are judged more by their dressing than what they really would like to purchase.
In Nadi shop
Staffs in cosmetics/jewlery and perfume sections are so full of personal gossip then serving customers who dare wear flops or are casual dressed.
On the other hand staffs downstairs are just amazing. . Very helpful and suggestive in gifts.
Same for Arrivals staff - very attentive and just very good

Not actually a Mall just a department store. Very overpriced and poor service. Plenty of staff but they need more training on customer service. They follow you around the store and get right into your space. Just makes you want to walk out. Prouds Duty Free Stores have a poor selection & they are far too expensive.

A decent store in Fiji. They have good collection of branded goods. Most of the stores have parking space for customers. Staff are OK but customer service is not that great. Display is neat and friendly.

Nice place to shop at for branded shoes, jewelry, watches, cosmetics and perfumes, handbags etc. Great service except when it comes to items under warranty e.g. a couple watches i bought. Took 4 months to go for a battery change and my husbands took a little over 2 months and could not be repaired so was replaced. Seems like something they should disclose when selling the item.

Variety of products. Good luggage bag range. Downfall is product on catalogs is never available in the stores and is always 2-3 weeks late in arrival. Staff in Nadi store group around in corners talking and you literally have to go to them asking to be served.
