  Service was terrible. Made order at nausori store went to pick tiles at warehouse 4 hours later was not ready took almost an hour to get it while my transport waited was a small order. I ask them to check it carefully as I live near levuka and is expensive to come to nausori. The order was not only wrong but short. Have been trying to call but they don't answer the phone. No way to run a busness.

  Worst customer service in nadi branch ..payment taken when things were not available..enough of ur lies..y take our money when things not available nd make us wait for three days..iv been calling the manager washeem nd the sales person from two days but liers can only lie..there morning nd afternoon nd few hours hasnt come so far till today noon when they come with half the things..i even called the operations manager for complains but him too lied his 1 pm dint come nd his five minutes dint come.as he promised all items will be delivered by 1 pm.whos gonaa pay for the time wasted in waiting for liers as they said one hour or two hours
