They do not know what is express courier. Very slow and they do not know about customs procedure. Even they try to customers pay more than I need to pay to customs. Also they charge customs agent fee for personel items. Very very bad service and even I would like to give minus hundress star point for their service. When you have cargo need to come to Fiji do not use DHL and use others.

The service provided is very slow, it takes them time to sort out the bigger packages. Therefore, service in this regards can be improved and should be done so, immediately.
