  I am very disappointed in unwired service. It's a helpless call center when we have a problem, don't even try to solve repeated problem. I made a request for blocking heavy dowload but notthing is going after 2 week. Be honest, I feel like they don't care their customer. Better get other company's wifi service who really deserve your money!

  Pathetic customer service. Kept on getting bills 2 months after termination. Refund came a month later. Still getting emails on new Web portal when I am not a customer anymore.
