  Good for backpackers who just need a night to stay not the place for you if you're looking for a fancy weekend out. Very simple rooms, there's an ironing room on the second floor, there's been some cyclone damage near the pool but that's been cleared out. The pool is alright, but I wouldn't recommend it for children. Friendly staff who are helpful and made up for the simple state of things.

  Very bad in customer service and very bad conditions of room. I checked in and then wanted to check out on the first night, lady at thr reception said she will talk to the manager and get back to me but I had no response from the hotel on the options I had. These got dragged on for over a week. That's how slow they were. I would give them zero stars.

  Rooms a budget but nice. The biggest surprise for us was the sheets and especially the pillow smelt clean and fresh. No stale sweaty stink like even top resorts have problem with. No restaurant or bar but can bring in your own alcohol and sit by a fairly decent pool. Staff handle a couple requests with ease. Vinaka

  Poor customer service. What they say in the website it is not the same. Rooms are not clean. Even they provide dirty cattle and no spoons to mix the tea. There is no tv in the rooms.

  Worst ever hotel experience in Fiji. Went for a cozn's wedding in Lautoka and had to stay at Cathay (no option, no hotels in lautoka had rooms) very rude and arrogant front office staff especially a lady named monika. Didnt feel welcome at all, over priced for its condition, pool water was green in colour. Rooms smelt like hospitals.i didnt mind the condition and cleanliness coz i was using the room just to sleep at night, i didnt spend much time there but what put me off is how they talked to and treat their guest..would not recommend this place to anyonestay away..zero rating
