Was cancelled due to rain. Understandable but the rating is to encourage them to actually notify guests. We drove 2 hours and spoke to them the arvo before - they offered us their car park and confirmed we were driving across the island for the tour. Then they don't bother notifying they cancelled. It's not hard to send a notification to guests using their emails and/or local numbers that they have in their system

What an amazing experience. This is the real Fiji visiting the islands, the people, the culture all the while exploring the under water world. Small ship cruising is unique and the Reef Endeavour is no exception offering the old world cruising charm of open timber decks, doors and furnishing. One of the other joys of small ship cruising is getting to know the crew and other passengers while the crew spoil you and entertain you all the while. It's so cool there are no hords of people with a maximum of 140 passengers making it easy to get on and off the ship and very few people to share these tiny x exotic destinations with.
There is plenty of good food and the Fijian hospitality is as amazing as is the destinations. We have done louts of big ship cruises and concerned as to how or kids would handle the confinement and few facilities and to our amazement they were never bored over the 7 days.

The USA customer service is extremely rude and could not care less about confirming our trip. All her responses were "WELL I DONT KNOW" and just giggled like you were the idiot. How can you be customer service and act that way and not have any clue how to resolve trip confirmations?

We went on the night sunset cruise, it was very enjoyable and the food was wonderful. However, I was disappointed to discover that drinks weren't included with the price, the extra cost of drink makes the whole outing very expensive and it was already expensive.

Me and my family had a great time. The staff were very helpful. Their activities were very nice. I tried snorkeling for the first time and I loved it! Very nice cruise. Good for anybody. My experience was so memorable, it is the subject of a report I am writing at school

It was a great time out to Tivua island and each of the crew members did a great job to make us feel welcome. Li was the most memorable to my daughters because from the time we got past check-in he had his eye on them, doing goofy things and said "you're with me, I'll take care of you." and he did, the entire time. In fact, when we were snorkeling he took us to go see Nemo and his family. When we make it back to Fiji we WILL be looking for Captain Cook again.

We LOVED this day (going to Tivua Island). It was one of our absolute favorite days and activities of our entire honeymoon, and that's saying something!
This started with a lovely boat ride that lasted over an hour and the guides had fun talking to us about snorkeling, massages and playing music. Once we approached the island we realized how amazing this was going to be. It was adorable! An entire island you could walk around in under 10 minutes, full of sand and trees and surrounded by beautiful, crisp water. We took a glass bottom boat to transfer from our main boat to the tiny island, and once there I enjoyed a lovely massage under a canopy, and my wife snorkeled around for ages, finding sea life and beauty everywhere she swam. We walked around the island in the water and it was so warm and beautiful, we loved every minute of it! Truly hope to go back again some day. And the boat ride home included warm tea, more songs and even a coconut cutting demonstration. Really really loved it!
