  Nothing “awesome” about this company, I’m still waiting almost a month later for a refund that was promised to me for a cancelled trip. I have sent about 20 emails regarding this all to no avail!
  They put shame on Fijian people by the way they treat customers, and it seems I’m not the only one, looking at these reviews.
  Fiji and “most” of the people are great, but forget “Awesome Adventures Fiji” if you want a good service :-(

  An extremely hostile staff of Awesome Adventures, they were very unhelpful, rude attitude and awful customer service!
  
  I am absolutely shocked and disappointed that 5 star resort is operated like this with such poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend for anyone to buy the tickets at Awesome Adventures

  Arrived at Nadi Airport at 4am and had to wait 2 hours for our transfer we booked in advance. Our first island resort Blue Lagoon Resort was fantastic! But unfortunately our second island resort was not so good. Korovou Eco - Tour Resort was a big disappointment one the so called bar only serves 2 types of beer a few soft drinks and water. We didn’t get any bath towels as they ran out. mind you we paid for, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, the power turned off at 3am and didn’t turn on till 7am so it meant the fam in the room stopped working, the water was turned off for half the day so you couldn’t use the toilet and one of the locals was a real creep and was very touchy towards us girls.

  First of all, after two times waiting for the pick up in vain I gave up. I took a taxi to the marina after that. I booked a few trips with them and I could not cancel them.
  
  The Mamanuca Sightseeing Cruise, what a scam. You stay on the ferry and a round trip takes 3 hours. They call it a cruise, it is like a commuter train/ bus and nothing like the pictures on their web page with people "hanging" in a lounge drinking wine.
  
  It was full and nothing like a cruise. A scam.
  
  If you go to any of the islands you have already done the "cruise"
  
  And the pick up at my hotel
  
  - We have been there to pick you up
  - Do I look stupid? If there would have been a bus I would have seen the bus!

  5 Tage/4 Nächte Inselhopping war überragend. Nur nicht nach White Sandy Beach gehen, da wurden drei Leute ausgeraubt.

  Best way to see Fiji,is through the islands. Yasawa is stunning!
