Amazing villa's, pool and friendly staff!

Poor service, dirty swimming pool - water was not circulating, did not have any night functions as the owners said it was cancelled, not a lively place - boring, no to less entertainment, does not sell alcoholic beverages, door lock does not work most of the times, breakfast was said to be continental but did not have much to offer (bread, tea, coffee, cake).

Yes this place is a little distance away from the main resorts, but that suited us. The area felt secluded and peaceful, and it was a short taxi to food shops and the Fiji Surf jetty which is what we were there for. Staff were very accomodating, helping us with any enquiries and arranging a great taxi driver. Very clean, well maintained grounds, a lovely pool and beautiful sunsets.

Had a great experience here. While i was there the staff were helpful and kind and the facilities were adequate. The spot was beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined a bit, costing a star, when the staff promised to help with the admin finding a diamond ring a i lost. However, my husband posted a review they didnt like and it seems they are now uninterested in following through on that promise. Seems petty. Such a shame.

I came more than once in this hotel on the request of the owners. They wanted to have my advise to improve the numbers of their customers. I visited it in the beginning of October 2017. No music, no bar, restaurant rarely opened, rooms not clean, no alcolhol, no shop, difficult to pay something to eat as the resort is renting villas and as the restaurant is often closed. I hope they 'll follow my advices and change.

Amazing resort with very friendly staff and owners. They recommended great activities for us and cooked delicious food. There is a big swimming pool, hammocks, horses, fishing boat so plenty to do, but most importantly you feel very welcome and well looked after. Just what we were looking for during our little trip. We'll be back soon!

Very isolated, need taxi to get anywhere else. Free internet only at reception. Small rooms. Eerily empty, few other guests. Hassle getting South Sea island tours to pick up because resort was too far from Port Denarau. Tour driver said he hadn't picked anyone up from Bayview in the two years it had been open. No map or orientation describing layout. Found out later the dirty-looking river was the bay! Greatest disappointment was being told breakfast served 8am-9am. No restaurant staff, reception not open & no known way to contact reception. Then staff appeared at 8.40, and served a single fried egg, and bread to toast - no menu and no choice offered, other than tea/coffee. Oh, but the bed was big and comfy!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Bayview Cove. The staff is incredible, and the resort is beautiful! They have a restaurant onsite that has a great menu to choose from and everything we had tasted delicious! We can't wait to go back and swim in the enormous pool! I highly recommend this resort if you're headed to Fiji!

Very disappointed, they do not advertise that they discourage alcohol, even in their so called restaurant so there went relaxing by the pool with a cocktail. The pace is in the middle of nowhere and you felt like a prisoner also the food was disgusting
